RETURN TO SCHOOL

For September 6, students will have the following schedule:

  • Grades 1- 7: 9am - 10am

  • Kindergarten: 10:30am - 11am

For those in the TASC program, TASC will be open for the full day of care from 7:30am to 6:00pm.  Once the students are dismissed from class, all TASC children are to report to TASC for attendance. The Grade 1 children will be picked up by one of our staff upon dismissal.

First Day: Returning students in Grades 1-7

Please line up outside at your division sign where teachers will come to meet you.

First Day: New students in Grade 1-7

Please join us at the front doors of the school (new building) where we will take attendance and provide families with a school orientation.

​

Kindergarten Gradual Entry

From Wednesday, September 7th to Tuesday, September 13th, Kindergartners will attend on a gradual entry. Students have been divided in two groups, A and B.

 

Starting Wednesday, September 14th, a full day regular class schedule will begin.

 

The regular hours of Kindergarten attendance will be 9:00 a.m. – 3:03 p.m.  Please bring a nut free lunch on September 14th.  

FEES & FORMS

In the first few days, several forms will be sent home. Please keep them stapled and in the order that they are delivered. Completion and return of the forms is very important as the information allows Queen Mary staff to protect your child’s safety and well-being. Please read them carefully, fill them out and return them to the classroom teacher.

For SchoolStudent fee payments, Queen Mary is ONLINE with School Cash Online (SCO). Families who are new to QM will need to register with SCO by visiting the SCO website https://vsb.schoolcashonline.com and selecting the “Get Started Today” option (returning families can access their account by visiting the website and selecting “Sign Into Your Account”).
